Having a useful product alone will never secure your good future in this industry. Having salable items will never be enough or sufficient. You must learn how to woo your customers. They are the primary reason why you exist. Always put that in your head. Profit is just secondary. You might fail to include this in your data, however, tons of good companies with excellent products never manage to survive for a year in this industry. Determine your competitors too. Surely, since you are still starting, in terms of advantages, they are surely in an advantageous position.

To make everything possible, always remember to look for competent and reliable individuals. You can never make it through alone. Surely, you might have some struggles inside your firm right now.

Go back to your SWOT analysis. Review it once again. Selling your business is not the only answer that you can find. Therefore, stop being reckless. No matter what you do, the industry will continue to change. If you cannot even manage to help your current state right now, there is no way you would win your next endeavor.

Hence, be considerate. Know your supply chain management too. Be careful about your networks. Understand the needs and the demands of your customers. Compare your product with your competitors. Think some ways on how you would be able to approach your customers. Know the right time to change your plans.
