St. Mary Louise Hospital was built in 1864 and is now known as the St. Mary's Art Center. Visitors claim to have seen a man in a wheelchair in one of the room. There is another tale of a man who perished in a fire in the hospital and a nurse perished in the blaze during an attempt to save him.

An Asian miner with long hair is said to be warning people about a fire there. A man smoking a pipe has appeared on the balcony. In addition, there is a ghostly woman who has been seen roaming the first floor of the mansion as well as the carriage house and dining area.
