It is important for a business to estimate a time frame using a plan to ensure that it is successful. The marketing managers may be aware of the production volume and account, they will figure out how to increase proceeds margins for specific products. If they are aware that a specific product capacity may not fulfill the consumers needs for probably a month, then they can give this information to the marketing team which will go forward on endorsing other products.

It is important to note that the focus has been shifted to the customers. Customers are now more involved in the process than ever before. Especially with the reorganizing process where the company compares different sales, they are now able to incorporate the customers to know how the demands can affect the whole process positively.

It is important to note that as a project manager, focusing on more information than data is imperative in ensuring the success of the process. Most of the time plans are always dragged by the exertions of gathering information that is less meaningful to the overall strategy. Henceforth, it is crucial for a management team to know what business problem they want solved and determine the minimum essential data required.

Consequently, for the business and organizational functions to be successful there must be a plan. A plan ensures that all the processes are executed smoothly and if by any chance there are variations in the process then the plan becomes a reference check which will enable the team figure out the problem and solve it.

The process is bound to be successful if there is teamwork and a set of strong rules that set the working ground and boundaries. Therefore, there must be cohesion among the heads to ensure the process is executed well.
