As time goes by, people are replaced in different leadership positions to keep serving those under them. This does not only happen in politics but also in many other organizations and setups. One should come up strongly as the head they have been chosen to serve their subjects well. You have to be committed to the occasion and always be there for the people serving under your headship. These people will eventually learn to count on you, and when you lose your commitment even for one day you will affect them adversely.

You may not entirely give up, but your interest and attitude can tell more about this when one lacks the desired and expected persistence. Gathering their opinions and suggestions helps you to understand their thought and different approaches, and this will give you some insight on what to do even if you will not end up using all they had to offer.

The programs teach leaders the need to keep their team motivated. It is not hard to achieve this. It only requires one to be willing to do it and it will indeed unfold as one desires. At times you may be demoralized and low in spirit, but these other players of the team should not notice it. Their motivation comes from seeing you up and moving, and when you depict lack of motivation they might as well become demotivated.

You must learn the need to appraise your most committed and hard-working subjects. When they do some outstanding delivery, you should acknowledge that they did well and reward them. This is a gesture of great leadership as it will spark an urge to deliver even better among the other members making them work smarter for the betterment of the organization.

One can make mistakes even when they are the leaders. It can be quite unfortunate when you do and fail to accept and acknowledge that you are on the wrong. This shows that you will have it hard forgiving your subjects. One should be easy, acknowledge their wrongs, and forgive their subjects when on the wrong.
